When we received the first shipment, the bottle neck was broken and the shampoo was all over the inside of the box. We informed Amazon and was sent another one promptly but this thme the bottle neck was only cracked. Since not much leaked out, we kept it. Perhaps you should be a little more carefull when packing liquids. Otherwise the service we received from Amazon was excellent.

Leaves you with a clean feel and a wonderful smell. Doesn't weigh your hair down. Love it!!
