Another great item... August 3, 2010 This little book has everything I needed to show me what I am supposed to be eating for my blood type, all in a small enough book to take along with me.
The service was very fast and I would buy from this seller again.
Very Satisfied May 23, 2010 This is a very handy book to carry with you, especially when you go out to eat. The book is entirely for the individual blood type.
(blood type) food and beverage list May 14, 2010 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
this book( along with it's companion "eat right for your type" ) is a what to and how to insight into food choices for optimal health. an easy to read and easy to understand guide for the person looking to find their strengths and weaknesses and how food impacts his/her particular blood type. finding out these things has forced me to reconsider all the things i ever thought about how to have and maintain a healthy dietary measure. i used to eat wheat and dairy just about every day, thinking it was good for me,though my body gave me obvious signs that it was quite the opposite. i continued trying to force myself into the standard pyramid food chart. this book validated my thoughts about some things that (in the past) traditional dietary molds washed over. lumping everyone in to one catogory. i reccommend this book for anyone looking to find out how to care for their particular blueprint/bloodprint.
Good Information May 9, 2010 If you are concerned with your health and are a blood type O+ then this is good and important reading. As with anything you must put into effect what you read for it to be of benefitto you.
Eating right for O blood type. January 25, 2010 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I like the content and size of this book. I can slip it into my purse. It is well organized. However, being unfamiliar with the content/lists, I frequently need to check a category for foods that are good and ones to avoid, either while shopping or planning meals at home. There are many different sections to reference. I actually made and tapped on colored, labled tabs for each section for easier use. I have used the book so much that they are wearing out already. For the future, I would love to have this book on sturdier paper and the sections separated for quick use, in some way.
