 DO NOT PURCHASE - WASTE OF MONEY September 7, 2010
I purchased this product after having used other types of appetite suppressants a few years ago that helped me lose 25 pounds. WHAT A SHOCK AND DISAPPOINTMENT THIS PRODUCT WAS!!!!! This product made my heart race to the point I thought it was going to jump out of my chest. It didn't do anything towards suppressing my appetite either. And all of this after following their directions. When I purchased the product I was told I had a 30 day guarantee regardless if I had tried the pills or not. When I tried to return the product (within 30 days) after trying only 1 pill they said they would not accept any open bottles and would charge me a 20% restocking fee and the return postage was at my expense as well. I understand having to pay for the return postage but what about the 30 day guarantee and 20% restocking fee? Buyer beware - don't waste your money. This product doesn't work and the return policy isn't consistent with what they promised.

I ended up going to the emergency room after taking this stuff. It started off ok - some lightheadedness, loads of energy, etc. Then my left arm started tingling and anxiety kicked in. Before I knew it, I was blacking out. I had a co-worker take me to the hospital where I stayed for about 4 hours. My blood pressure was something like 190/110 where it normally sits at 125/72. I can't in good conscience recommend this stuff, though what happened to me may not happen to everyone.
Best in Market was kind enough to refund me for the half of the order that I had not opened yet. Kudos to them!
Best in Market should not be selling in amazon June 13, 2010
I had issues returning the product with Best in Market, they started claiming that i was out of their 21 day window using a delivery date in their system where the address in their system did not even match to the one from my home. Then they claimed that they shipped the product twice and now I am in the middle of the claim, trying to wonder if I should use the credit card dispute or Amazon total guarantee, I have been buying in the internet and specially in Amazon for years and never had an experience like such. Dont buy this product if Best in Market is the only seller. They simply dont have the customer centric culture to deal with a buyer. In all my dealings contacting them there has never been a slight chance from them that their system could be wrong, in fact, they kept bringing more stuff... unbelievable. If somebody in amazon looks at this, please Dig in and then evaluate to terminate the relationship, it must be hurting Amazon's reputation too.

I haven't really had the product long enough to give a clear evaluation. I researched it pretty good before buying it and it seems to work but I cannot say right now. I don't eat regular meals. Both my wife and I eat only a little and not regularly. But when I take the product and give it about 30 minutes to work, it seem to help me really cut down on the portion of food I consume. Money wise, it seem to be the best buy or bang for the buck. There are a lot of products out there that don't work nearly as well that I have tried and this one seems to be the best. If it continues to work as well as it has, I will be a regular customer....until that is, of course, I get down to my fighting weight.
