My son was having diarrhea multiple times a day and if he was not having diarrhea he was having multiple bowels with discomfort. We changed his diet multilple times we tested him for allergies, parasites, bacteria the list goes on and on and nothing helped. Then my doctor suggested we try Probiotics. I bought Culturelle and with in a couple days he was not having any diarrhea and no discomfort. I can't believe how much this product made a difference in both his and my life! We can go places without me constantly having to change his diaper and his little bum does not get red from the constant diarrhea... Our 10 yr. daughter had continuous complaints of cramping most every night for 2 plus years-doctors said either/and acid or constipation, and gave miralax and zantac. Miralax is plastic granules, and I can't believe people take this-desperation is why. She vomited after one dose of zantac. I do much internet research myself and notice many of these medicines are later found to be dangerous. My neighbor was prescribed reglan for example and after I researched, he quit taking it-thank goodness! I also understand to be careful of herbs and natural cures as well. After 3 days of taking culturelle, right after thanksgiving, she has had only 2 complaints-over a month!!! all of our lives have improved with lack of worrying about it. She takes it religeously, every night, on her own, saying it's helping her so much.

I just slip a packet of Culturelle into my girls' milk at night and they suck it right up, no complaints! It's really convenient that this stuff comes in packets, I hate measuring doses out. Culturelle works great for us because we don't eat/drink dairy, so we can't get the probiotics through the popular yogurt route. I just wish they sold these by the hundreds instead of only 30 :)
